He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Adams and Mary Elizabeth Adams (Guinther). He is survived by: his wife Margarita "Margie" Adams (Padilla); his son Nickolas David Adams of Phoenix, Arizona.; and his siblings, Marian (late George Metroka) of Longswamp Township, Harold Adams Jr. of Blandon, Larry E. Adams of Kutztown and Carol Adams of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
