He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Irene Sayer (Shirey). He is survived by: his father Dennis W. Sayer; his stepmother Linda J. Sayer (Gaylor); his sister Meshell R. Hamaker (Joseph) of Walnuttown; and his half-brother Jack Daniel Sayer of Laureldale. He is also survived by his family and friends.
