He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Randazzo; his siblings, Michael A. Randazzo, Daisy R. Polito (Randazzo) and Josephine Neddo (Randazzo); and his niece Carla B. Coast (Randazzo).
He is survived by: his parent Caroline Randazzo (DiMaria); his son Charles; his siblings, Frank D. Randazzo of Reading and Cross R. Dana (Randazzo) of Westchester; his nieces and nephews, Charles M. Randazzo (Susan), Dana S. Randazzo (Jacquelyn), Maria B. Fisher (Charles), Frank J. Randazzo, Anita E. Ableson, Rochelle Ganster, James F. Polito II (Nancy), Paula D. Corsones (Dean), Roger Neddo (Jana), Guy Neddo (Trudy), Gina Griffin (Martin), Maurice Dana and Adrianne Dana; and his children, Danielle, Michelle "Bell", Tina and Jarret of Reading.
