She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Leroy Fichthorn Sr. and Rita Mae Fichthorn (Kehs); her husband Leon Eisenbise; and her brother Warren Fichthorn Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Fichthorn (Jared Darcangelo) of St. Clair; her grandchildren, Gage Harkins, Dylan Harkins, Tyler Fichthorn, Wade Yoder Jr., Noah Yoder and Kyleigh Fichthorn; and her brother Thomas Fichthorn (Judith) of Newmanstown.
