He was predeceased by: his husband Patrick J. McDevitt; and his parents, Thomas Monroe and Joan Monroe (Daniels). He is survived by: his sisters, Holly M. Schwartz (Darrell E. Schwartz) of Quakertown and Geralyn A. Peiffer (Jeff S. Peiffer) of Gilbertsville; his nieces, Rachel Trettin, Jessica Assis and Lindsey Schwartz; his nephew Branden Peiffer; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane McDevitt.
