He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stafford and Dorothy Stafford (Becker); and his brothers, Kenneth, Robert, Stewart, Clarence and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. Stafford (Ciarlone); his daughters, Jessica S. Zimmer (John) of Millersville, MD, Gretchen S. Stoddard (Earl) of Annville, PA and Adrienne Stafford of Wernersville, PA; his granddaughters, Sara Metzger (Stephen) of Millersville, MD, Hanna Lacy (Chris) of Severna Park, MD and Alexis Baker (Ben) of Annville, PA; and his great grandchildren, Rhodes, Wynn, Calla Metzger, Brock, Daphne Lacy, Charlie and Maeve Baker.
