He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S Fegley and Marcella Fegley (Schmeck); his son Charles M.; his grandson Steven Slaby of Pensacola, FL; and his brother Richard R. Fegley (Reading).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis E Fegley (Layser); and his daughters, Michelle (David Wahrenberger) of Columbus, OH and Susan (Miles Bentley) of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
