She was predeceased by: her parents, Alessandro Melchiorre and Virginia Melchiorre; her husband Carl J. Nygard; and her siblings, Sal, George Melchoirre, Mary Pitocco, Rita Scheib, Helen Jackson, June Fooks, Esther Jacobson and Rose Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Hasson (Terry), Carol Anne Nygard, Caren Cornman (Allan), Charles C. Nygard, Carl Nygard (Dorian) and Craig Nygard (Sylvia); and her sister Virginia O'Donnell. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Church (208 Milmont Ave, Folsom, PA 19033). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
