It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlotta Charmaine Conover of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son Earl R. Lucas (Maribel Cosme); her siblings, Donald Lucas, Janet (Stanley Danner), Michelle (Jorge Perez) and Dennise Buchanon; her grandchildren, Aishia Lucas and Earl Lucas Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Lucas and Sophia Lucas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
