He was predeceased by: his parents, Arsenia Garcia and Dionisio Sierra; and his daughter Lydia Sierra. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline (Francisco Pinero) of Reading, Yajaira Sierra (Jimmy Cruz) of Puerto Rico, Wanda Sierra (Felipe) of New York, Myrna Rosario of Pennsylvania, Carlos Luis Sierra (Iris) of Philadelphia and Angel Luis Sierra; and his close friend Sonia of New Jersey. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
