It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Sue Vandiver of Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Dawson, Texas, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elbert Hoge and Pauline Wiswell; her daughter Kathy Ann Jozwiak (Kate); and her siblings, James Rufus Hoge and Martha Louise Bosse.

She is survived by: her son Kerry Wessner (Erica); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Marne and Ross. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
