She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Luther Pittman and Hildegard W. Pittman Callahan (Wagener). She is survived by: her children, Claire J. Neri (Alfred N. Neri) of Exeter Township, Walter R. Burns, Jr. (Gloria Urban) of Florida, P. Mark Burns (Jane Jurkevics) of Arlington, Virginia and Dennis S. Burns; her close friend Charlotte Gartman-St. George of Bakersfield; her daughter Karen L. Burns; and her brother Dr. Kenneth A. Pittman (Esther Hamilton Pittman) of South Carolina. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and many step great grandchildren and step great great grandchildren.
