She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond George Tobias; her parents, Harry Edward and Ruth Irene Stephenson (Adams); her daughter Darlene Elaine Rudloff; and her siblings, Lester Edward Stephenson, Edith Lillian Houtz (Stephenson), Dorothy Smith (Stephenson), Gladys Henrietta Bucks (Stephenson), Walter Adam Stephenson, Harry and Donald Marlan Stephenson.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Hannah Grace Reiniger, Nathaniel Ryan Hain-Tobias, Henry Hain-Tobias, Alayna Rudloff, Alyssa Rudloff and Hunter Rudy Rudloff.
