She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer E. Koller; her parents, Harry Distasio and Gertrude Distasio (Schaeffer); and her siblings, Clair Witmer, Jay Witmer, A. Hazel Richards and Nancy Uliasz.

She is survived by: her children, Judy C. Koller and Brian (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Roger Hostetter (Laurie), Brian Hostetter (Karena), Jeffrey Koller (Tammy), Mark Koller (Larina) and Michelle McDonald (Brian). She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
