She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Bender and Molly Geneva Bender (Zug); her husband Howard; her daughter Judy; her sons-in-law, Gregory Cummings and Allen Price; and her siblings, Charles Bender, Dale Bender, Kenneth Bender, G. Richard Bender and Mary Lou Seiders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda (Thomas Balthaser), Nancy (Jeffrey Hunsberger), Lisa (Steven Bansner) and Carol (Randy Gonzalez); her son-in-law Joseph O'Brien; her grandchildren, Eric Balthaser, Joshua Balthaser, Samuel Bansner, Alexis Price-Moyer, Emily Bansner Behler and Christopher Price; and her great grandchildren, Alexander Balthaser and Jordan Balthaser.
