With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Rita Kouvaros (Reading, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 2, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guido Castiglioni and Maddalena Castiglioni (DiCarlo). She is survived by: her husband Michael Kouvaros; her daughter Melissa (Jeffrey Singer); her grandchildren, Stella and Lucas; her daughter Jessica (Marc Wiener); her grandchildren, Madeline, Maxson and Michaela; and her children, Aris (family: Tiffany Philippe), Elle, Balthazar and Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rita may be made in support of Dr. Stavropoula Tjoumakaris' Neurovascular Research at Jefferson.
