He is survived by: his parent Andrés Guzmán-Ortiz of Reading; his wife Carmen Velez-Guzmán; his children, Andrés "Andy" Guzmán (Nelimarie) of Wernersville, Jondre'Guzmán of Reading, Angelica Guzmán-Pagan (Eddie) of Reading and Ariana Guzmán of Reading; his grandchildren, Penelope, Isabella, Arya'Rose and Jaxson; his sisters, Nelly Guzmán of Reading and Lydia Batista of New York; and his aunt Marta Torres.
