He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Andujar and Herminio Montalvo; and his siblings, Sara Montalvo and Albert Montalvo. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Montalvo (Quinones) of Reading; and his children, Minnie (Greg McCullough) of Reading, Martha Montalvo of Reading, Allen E. Montalvo (Wanda) of Puerto Rico, Michael Montalvo of Staten Island, Amador J. Montalvo, Jr. of Reading and Robert L. Montalvo of Reading. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
