He is survived by: his children, John L Bowers of Casa Grande, Arizona, Daphne Dee Miller (Bowers) of Dauphin County, PA, Lizbeth F. Kulak (Piontek), Spring Twp, Jeffrey M. Piontek (Kelly) of Maidencreek Twp and Stephen F. Piontek (Tracey) of Temple, PA.; his grandchildren, Alec, Ashley, Benjamin, Bryan, Corrine, Jennifer, Joshua, Katlynn, Macy, Michael, Olivia and Rachel; his pet Toby; and his brother Raymond Albert Lee (Deborah Lynn Lee). He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
