He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline H. Gronski Macheska; his parents, John Sr. Macheska and Stella Phillips Macheska; and his siblings, Marie Kapp and John.
He is survived by: his son Tom (Debbie); his grandsons, Jason (Corinne) and Jamie (Danille Cupinski); and his brother Walter.
