He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Bigar and Ruth Pringle Bigar; his siblings, George Jr., John and Judith Bigar; and his brother-in-law James Courtright.
He is survived by: his wife Aileen Courtright Bigar; his daughters, Wendy Bigar, Dupont and Michele Santarsiero (Christopher); his grandchildren, Timothy Space Jr., Exeter, Samantha Space, Kelli Davis, Dupont, Mark Drutarovsky and Kaiden Plunkett; his great grandchild Makayla Drutarovsky; his sister Susan Petroski; his mother-in-law Jane Courtright; and his brothers-in-law, Lee and Richard Courtright. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
