She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Winters and Janet Klush Winters; and her son Mark Toro. She is survived by: her husband Peter Toro; her children, Carol Jean Olecki, Tim Toro and Richard Toro of Wilmington, DE; and her siblings, Joyce Degilio, Ralph Winters and Howard Winters. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
