He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Susan Youtz (Keith) of Clarks Summit, PA, Joseph Fayocavitz, Jr. (Geralyn), David Fayocavitz (Jennifer) of Lafayette Hill, PA and Jennifer Porter (Scott) of Narrowsburg, NY; his grandchildren, Cory, Chelsea, Alexandra, Emma, Madelyn, Andrew, Peyton, Agnes, Clare and William; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Jack and Gabriel. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
