He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gurganus and Selma Gurganus. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his sons, Joseph Gurganus, Ransom Twp and John Gurganus Jr.; his grandchildren, Dr. Kaitlin Gurganus Quigley, Meghan Gurganus, Michael Gurganus (Maggie), Mia Gurganus Senné (Billy) and Nina Gurganus; and his great grandchild Josie Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in John's name to Allied Hospice and Palliative Care.
