She was predeceased by: her grandfather Joseph; and her stepfather John Derenick. She is survived by: her parents, Noreen Carfelo Derenick and Salvatore F. Falzone (Sharon); her children, Dylan Wrobleski (Alyssa Romano), Kelsie and Devyn Hope; her brothers, Scott Derenick and Jason Veety; and her grandmother Helen Rafferty Carfelo.
