He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Holencik, Sr. and Juanita Holencik (Dolacky); his brother Dr. Mark Holencik; and his stepfather Alex Gregal. He is survived by: his wife Diane Vancas; his children, Dr. Susan Holencik-Messner (Roger) of Port Matilda, Stephen Holencik of Ramey and Paul Holencik (Megan) of Cranberry Twp; his grandson Hendrix Holencik; his siblings-in-law, Edward Vancas (Mary) and Carolyn Holencik; his stepsisters, Carol Howard, Elizabeth Gregal and Allison Novosel; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Hazleton (Justin), Molly, Carly, Kieren Holencik, Kris Vancas (Tina), Nick and Eric Holencik.
