He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Howe (Grove); his spouse Paulette Philage; his daughter Jessica Dillon; his siblings, William Howe (Gloria), Russell Howe (Cheri), Walter Howe (Amy), Delores Litzinger, Ruby Clark (Ray), Sarah Conaway (James) and Catherine Updike (Frank); and his grandchildren, Paige Dillon, Avery Dillon and Zane Dillon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
