We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2020, at the age of 100, Dorothy Louise Decker of Ramey, Pennsylvania, born in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Desso and Dora Desso (Plummer); her husband Malcom Decker; her sons, Ronald and Thomas Decker; and her siblings, Ann Baylin, Sue Culp, Joe, John and Donald Desso.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michael Decker, Mark Decker, Julie Miksit, Megan Green and Matt Decker; and her sister Betty Chavey of Middletown, PA.
