He was predeceased by: his parents, John Orr and Mary Orr. He is survived by: his wife Gale Reese of Ralston; his daughters, Angela Height (Thomas) and Breana Allen; and his siblings, David Orr (Gemaine), William Orr, James Gibbons (Tina) and Kathy Morse (Michael).
