He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Detwiler and Agnes P. Pletcher Detwiler; and his siblings, Betty Greathouse and Martin N. Detwiler (Dorothy). He is survived by: his wife Maridell A. Davis; and his children, Dana W. Detwiler (Lisa) of Ruckersville, VA, Deborah J. Detwiler of Fairfax, VA, Dawne'C. Edgell (Anthony) of Turtlepoint, PA and Dorene P. McLaughlin (Dennis) of Gilbert, AZ.
