He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Ann (Daley) and John James Braithwaite, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Chapin); his children, Will, Owen and Andie; and his siblings, Bunny Brosnan (Tim), Angie McAllister (Jack), John Jr. Braithwaite (Tanya) and Tony Braithwaite. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
