He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Matthew Burlingame and Christine Maguire Burlingame; and his sister Christina "Tina" Gilhool (William). He is survived by: his wife Helene "Ginnie" Burlingame of Virginia; and his daughters, Katherine Anne Burlingame and Elizabeth Christine Burlingame Gray (Kenneth). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
