He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Collis Jr. and Edna Belle LeDane; his wife Nell Collis (Sellers); his son James K. Collis; and his sisters, Nancy and Nonnie.
He is survived by: his son William K. Collis (Diane M.) of East Hampton, CT; and his sister Elizabeth E. Good of Potomac, MD.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
