She is survived by: her husband Franklin E. Shatzer; her child Sandy L. Cook (Steve) of Lovettsville, VA; her grandchildren, Ami, Angie, Marissa and Evan; and her brother Charles Scott of Waynesboro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
