He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Schwartz and Louise Schwartz (Lowman); his wife Judy Schwartz (Revell); and his brother Charles F. Schwartz. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Cindy Revell of Big Pool, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Frankie Revell, Sonia Perky, Matthew Polanski, Linda Lloyd and Mark Kelchner.
