Moats in Quincy, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney H. Creager, Sr. and Margaret V. Creager (Bricker); her husband Ray D. Moats; her grandson Tony D. Mann; her son-in-law Donald L. Mann; her sisters, Evelyn Socks, Mabel Bingaman, Josephine Hayes, Betty Hurley and Julie Harbaugh; and also, Eardley "Jack" Creager, Sidney H. Creager, Jr. and Alfred Creager.
She is survived by: her daughter Constance E. Mann of Chambersburg; her nephew Adrian Hayes (Edna) of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Dennis L. Mann (Wanda) of Fayetteville, PA, Michael R. Mann (Maureen) of Chambersburg, PA, Dr. Sherian Diller (Dale) of Chambersburg and Bryant L. Mann (Stephani) of Fayetteville; and her great grandchildren, Brenton Diller, Kristin Nicklas, Derek Mann, Bradley Mann, Erika Gerber, Jillian Bennett and Morgan Swartzwood. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous additional nieces and nephews.
