She was predeceased by: her parent Paul E. Miller, Sr.; and her sister Shirley Jean Miller. She is survived by: her parent Betty M. Miller (Butts); her husband Charles H. Keefer; her siblings, Linda M. Umbrell (Larry) of Waynesboro, Mary M. Fleagle of Waynesboro, Paul E. Miller (Mary Ann) of Chambersburg, PA and John M. Miller; and her nieces and nephews, Stacy Weber, Tyler Miller, Ashley Rock, Travis Miller, Aimee Koch, Kirstn Miller, Brystol Rajtik and Kyle Fleagle.
