She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Verna G. Wagaman (Baker) of South Mountain, PA and Glenn E. Wagaman; her husband Barry L. Carbaugh; her daughter Kim A. Mentzer (David) of South Mountain; her grandchildren, Brandon Mentzer, Cheyenne Pugh, Ian Pugh, Logan Pugh, Destiny Pugh and Shannon Pugh; her great grandchild Isaac Mentzer; her brother Rodney Wagaman; and her daughter Michelle L. Pugh. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
