Stilts in Quincy, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford John Stilts and Minnie Stilts Cordell (Farrell); and his brother Milford Donald Stilts. He is survived by: his wife A. Elaine Stilts (Weikert); and his stepsisters, Betty Jane and Donna Marie of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
