She was predeceased by: her father Lennard Staley; her husband Irwin "Tim" Smith; and her brother Lennard Staley, II. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Staley; her brothers, Daniel Staley of South Mountain and Eric Staley (Jeanette) of South Mountain; her nieces and nephews, Emily Staley, Rebecca Naugle, Richard Bollinger, Talon Morrill and Branden Riley; and also Annika.
