It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Armstrong Martin Hess (Quincy, Pennsylvania), born in Saint Thomas, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 16, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Andrew Smith; her husbands, Roy J. Martin and William M. Hess; and her siblings, John Armstrong, Raymond Armstrong, Carl Armstrong, Smith Armstrong (Smitty), Mabel Armstrong, Helen Rotz and Lydia Ann Ramer.
She is survived by: her parent Zelda Miller Armstrong; her children, Joyce Elliott (Daniel), Audrey Shields (Kenneth) and Barry Martin (Linda); her sister-in-law Phyllis Armstrong; her grandsons, David Shields, Eric Shields, Matthew Elliott, Brock Martin and Jack Martin; and her great grandchildren, Scarlett Elliott and Iris Elliott.
