She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Edgar; and her brothers, Elvin Bingham of Altoona and Clarence Bingham of Mississippi. She is survived by: her parent Izetta Bingham (Stombaugh); and her husband Ralph Leroy Hoover. She is also survived by five children, Faith Unger (Fred); Sandra Detrich (Edston); Ronald Baker (Joann); Linda Baughman (Robert); and Charles Baker (Kim); ten grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Quincy Village Benevolent Care, 6596 Orphanage Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
