She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kulkusky and Mary Kulkusky (Bobeck); her husband Michael Haslego; her son Ronald Haslego; and her siblings, Dorothy Boyle, Martha Bernadette Kulkusky, Bernard Kulkusky and Leonard Kulkusky.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mildred Kulkusky of Fairfield, PA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
