We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2023, at the age of 77, Betty M. (Hess) George of Quincy, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent L. and Mary E. Wagaman (Hess); her husband Harlan R. "Sonny" George; and her brother Rodney Wagaman. She is survived by: her son Robert E. George (Lori) of Zullinger, PA; her grandchildren, Leah George, Erin Cole and Daniel George; her great grandchildren, Lillian Thomas and Avery Cole; her siblings, Rickey Wagaman (Veronica) of South Mountain, PA, Stanley Barnes of Chambersburg, PA, Kevin Wagaman of Fayetteville, PA and Helen Smith (James) of Chambersburg; and her sister-in-law Deborah Wagaman of South Mountain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
