She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncey L. Clark and Avis Mary Clark (Allen); and her husband Victor A. Carnes. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie L. Carnes of Mont Alto, PA and Pam Reeder (Tom) of Fountain Inn, SC; and her grandchildren, Stacie, Christopher, Zachary Reeder and Chelsea Raby. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
