He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter S. Hoover, Sr. and Mattie F. Hoover (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Hoover (Tice); his son Todd E. Hoover of Waynesboro; his granddaughter Colleen E. Hoover of Waynesboro; and his siblings, Mae I. Seylar of Chambersburg Joseph, Dean Hoover of Hagerstown, MD and Richard Hoover of Fort Loudon, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
