She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Jacko and Mary Jacko (Ezarik); and her siblings, Edward, Ernest, Joseph, John, Valentine, George, James, Ann Pochatko, Agnes Jacko, Margaret Nekos, Matilda Bury, Mary Kascak and Julia.
She is survived by: her sister Cecilia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
