She was predeceased by: her parents, Meritt Knisely and Alverda Knisely (Strayer); her son Gary Wertz; her siblings, Kenneth Knisely, Betty Dodson, Cleta Knisely and Carol Zerby; and her close friend Bill Meiser.
She is survived by: her son Palmer Knisely (Jane) of King; her daughter-in-law Beatty Wertz of Roaring Spring; her grandsons, Danny, Mike and Caleb; and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Lily, Liam, Norah, Noelle and Avigail.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the Claysburg Area Public Library.
