He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyn; his children, Laura Kay and Kevin; his granddaughter Leona; his parents, Ferman Rowe and Alice Rowe; and his siblings, Jack, Betty, Neil, Patricia and Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Colleen Koester (Michael), Christine Broda (Byron), Sheila Sturm (George), Denise Rowe (Stephanie), Duane Rowe (Rocio), Mary Ann Walters (Alan) and Sandra Haffke (Andrew). He is also survived by grandfather, survived by 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
