He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Knisely and Doris Knisely (Rouzer); and his sister Patricia Herrold. He is survived by: his son Anderson P. Knisely; his siblings, Linda Walter, Lisa Dively, Roger and Gary Knisely (Dana Ebersole); and his niece Danielle Ebersole.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Claysburg American Legion Band.
